Happy Boxing day every one!
Well yesterday i did have fried rice and chicken for my christmas dinner and some spring rolls 😊, didnt have a late night though, was more christmassy on christmas eve really, had a nice time though😊.
This morning we headed out on another boat trip, this time to the phi phi islands, they were gorgeous.
We went to maya bay, pilah bay, lousami, monkey bay..viking cave, ermm cant remember.. lots though.
We stopped to go snorkelling in the open sea (relised im not too good at snorkling) i cant breathe with the mask on outside the water, let alone with my head under water, and it was a bit choppy so me and Nat spent a lot of the time hung onto the side of the boat bobbing up and down 😊. We saw fish through the water though because it was really clear, i did venture out a little and the coral was gorgeous. We sat on quite a few white sandy beaches that were surrounded by the turquoise sea (very nice). One of which was featured in Dads favourite film 'The Beach' 😊.
As the name suggests monkey bay was covered in Elephants..opps no sorry..monkeys 😊, they were really tame coming right up to you and everything, there was loads too.
We had a nice dinner on Phi Phi Don, it was a bit upsetting though because there was a memorial for the tsunami victims, as it was 2 years ago today and Phi Phi was quite badly affected, so it hit home a bit how awful it must have been, as most of the people affected were just like us, the place has recovered really well from it but its still fresh in peoples minds.
After we had dinner we got back in the boat to our second snorkling adventure (wasnt looking forward to it!) but luckily this time they gave us life jackets so we could bob in the water with out holding onto the boat, i even managed to breathe through the snorkel 😊. The fish were gorgeous, i saw most of the cast of Finding Nemo (apart from Bruce the Shark thankfully!). I could have stayed there hours once i got into it, it was really good.
We visted a few more bays, then headed back, got changed, packed for tomorrow (kuala lumpur) and had our last meal in Thailand

This months gone so fast, cant believe its over already, could stay here for a lot longer, its so diverse, theres loads to still see. We've really enjoyed it here, the trek will definatly be remembered for a long time, and Krabi was definatly the best place to have christmas, the beaches are gorgeous. would love to come back again sometime. So thats Thailand gone- first stop down, Singapore here we come (via a 15hr bus ride to kuala lumpur first!! are we mad!!).
Anyway, Bye from Thailand!! x x x x

Hope you survived the bus ride!
Hello, I hope you survived the long journey to Kuala Lumper. Rather you than me :P I can't believe you have been away a month already-it's flown by!!! I had a lovely Christmas-got lots of nice pressies including a diamond ring and GHD's! Woohoo! Problem now is finding homes for them all. Moving all my stuff from my mum and dads in next couple of weeks and have no idea where i'm going to put it all. Think andy will have to sacrifice at least 1 of his wardrobes!!!! Hehe. Harry got an ELC kitchen from my mum and dad so spent most the afternoon with an apron on playing with the pots and pans! Even gave us all some plastic chicken and chips (very similar to a Mc Donalds!!!!!) Haha. What did santa bring you and natalie then?! He's very clever knowing where you'd be. Can't really imagine him surfing in with his red speedos on though. Hehe! Miss you lots, Emma xxx
