Cave Lodge Soppong
Hello to everyone. It has been awhile since we have been able to get to a computer for a length of time. Our journey in the Mae Hong Son District has been an unbeilevable quest. We spent a night in Mae Sariang then jouneyed North to Mae Hong Son where we stayed at the Fern Resort, what a spectacular place, lots of trails and outdoor activities to say the least, got lost a few times in the backwoods but was able to follow the sent of hippie oil and incense and get back to the resort, much fun. We then moved onto Soppong and hung out at the Cave Lodge a couple of night exploring the caves and visiting the hill tribes, and of course lying around in hammocks drinking cold beer in the late afternoons. Were now in Chiang Mai and having a great time wondering around the night market and checking out the Temples.
Will have follow up on Chiang Mai next blog when we get to Koh Maak.
Best wishes to all,
Shaun and Ralph
