Chiang Mai jungle trek

A tough trek for 5 hours up a steep mountain. Great exercise though as you'll see from the sweat on the 2 of us! The beer at the top was one of the nicest I've ever had. Great views from the top, good pics at sunset and sunrise. No electricity up there in the village, bamboo huts were an experience too, 11 of us slept in the same room on the floor! Easier treks are available but it is well worth doing the harder ones! Also as part of the trip we visited an orchid farm, did an elephant trek, white water rafting and bamboo submarine.
