Ban Amphur

We arrived at Bangkok at 6am and were pretty much just dumped there with no clue where to
be for our 8am bus to Pattaya. We hung around, pinched a free breakfast from a departing
hotel couple and had a chat with a guy from Scotland who was heading the same way. Finally we
were on a minibus at around 9:30 and were on our way again; what a palava! After the
driver trying to dump us in a few random and empty spots we arrived at walking street, and the
beach. We were meeting Laura's nan and Gramp at 10am and finally arrived at Central festival
around 12:30, bit late!!
We all had a drink and a catch up, then head to Ban Amphur to our new accomodation, and visited
Ma and Charlie's fancy sea view apartment. We had crusty bread cheese and ham sandwiches with
some beers watching the sunset. For tea then we took a tuk tuk taxi to a little place down th
road.
