SIMMERED TUNA FISH
Yummy and added to top favorite dishes.
35 g of tuna in water (in salt water and drained (Replace with anchovies or sardines in a can)
20 g of shallots
1 inch pig nun chilli (Light green pepper) in chunks
1 inch Red chilli in chunks
½ inch Yellow Chilli in chunks
1 white stack of lemongrass (about 2 inches)
2 Korean chillies
1 cup of coconut cream
¼ Cup of chicken stock (add 2 Tbs if necessary)
Seasoning:
1 Tbs palm sugar
1 Tbs tamarinde juice
1 Tbs of fish sauce
Preparation:
Boil chicken stock and coconut cream
Add tuna and red onions and lemongrass
Turn heat down
Add seasonings: Fish sauce, tamarind sauce and palm sugar
Taste! And adjust to salt or sweet
Add chillies
