Main bangkok river. What you can't see is the dozens of jandles that float by every minute.

Pretty typical shack on the river. 30 years ago the government banned building over the river, but allowed current buildings to stay. So any building that is over the river today is at least 30 years old.

On the river tour we stopped at a animal farm, where some of the animals were kept in appaling conditions. This fella had it nice compared to some of the others.

This was a typical engine for the river boats they use to ferry people. Yes, that is a big horey turbo with a big horey intercooler.

Whilst I did have some roadside traditional thai meals, We couldn't resist some western food. We were a cutural bunch.
