This is one of my favorite little Thai desserts. They are little water chestnutty pieces surrounded by a tapioca-ish surrounding and then served in icey sweet coconut milk. Yum!

Blurry pic, but it tells a story. this is our little foursome out at a quirky little restaurant in our 'private' room with a wall of mirrors and a conference-sized table for 10. It was great food though!
