After completing the TEFL course in Ban Phe a group of us came to Bangkok for about five days.

Bangkok is a city I both love and hate. I'm always drawn back around the Khao San Road area because of it's cheap hotels, food, and beer. It's fun round here at first but the area soon begins to grate on you, far too many travellers trying to hard to fit an image. Anyway with a group of us it would be fun wherever we stayed. Spent our days hanging out and sightseeing. Visited Chinatown, the Palace, and the reclining Buhdda, to name a few places.

Anyway just a few thoughts, here are the photos:

Reminded me of the building in Ghostbusters from which Egon and co blast the Marshmellow Man. Use your imagination. Still an impresive building whatever.
