on a crappy crappy day. really not that impressive at all is it?
So im in Yangshauo and decide its too bloody cold so i head off to Hong Kong. arriving in Hong Kong its equally cold- this is a major let down. However i dutifully sight see for about a day, the next day i head off to Macau (ex-Porugese concession, its a bit strange to see signs everywhere in Portugese) hang out there for a bit then take a cheap flight (30 pounds) to bangkok. Getting off the plane was like walking into a sauna it was crazy- i thought the engines were still on or something as it was night time and hotter than i think its ever been a home. Anyway i was forced to throw away most of my backpack- but tshirts and shorts and the like are ever so cheap here so is ok.

Instead of 'doing' thailand immeadatly i am heading off into cambodia tomorrow for a whistle stop visit of Ankor Wat and Phnom Phen then back ino thailand via a different route after some beaching in cambodia.

Thailand is quite different to china, the people are less shocked by me being a westerner because there are so many around and if the thais try to sell you something and you say no is usually ok- in china it takes abou half an hour of walking away to get them to leave.

I have no photos of thailand yet but will add them here when i do.

cheerio

Its TRIVIA TIME! more money is spent in the casinos of Macau than in all of the casinos in Vegas.
