Posting the blog

We finally had some time today to get more of our blog up to date. We are generally up to date with the text on our computer and have the photos on our camera, but it takes a inactive stretch before we can get time to do the posting.

While I sat in the hotel lobby posting photos, our great contact here in Bangkok, Norm, showed up with mail for us. Norm has been great about helping us out with our correspondence despite his own busy schedule. He is a freelance journalist here in South East Asia and is off to Singapore today to do some interview with government folk there. He is also the one who gave us the name of Hotel D'Moc, our now familiar haunt in Bangkok.

In the afternoon we managed to switch hotel rooms to one with a balcony that picks up the wifi signal, meaning we won't have to perch ourselves in the lobby every time we need to use the INTERNET.
