Bangkok, 10-03-2008. At 6.30 h. in the morning Khao San Road is still quiet. Early up street vendors are slow to set up shop, still yawning they keep half a sleepy eye on the small army of short skirted prostitutes that are probably hoping to get picked up by these farangs that have been frequenting the numerous bars in the area, and are now on the way to their hotel rooms. They try their trade on me as well but I show them a distinct "No Interest". Anyway they look rough and the cheap type and are probably all VD rife. I find my favourite hotel full but finding a free room around here at this time of year is not much of a grand problem.
