Last night Sharon flew home to the UK. We have had a great time together over the last week on Phi Phi Island, and the last 3 days in Bangkok. Here are some photo's of the highlights.

ST100mph

It is now time for a new adventure. This time I have decided to raise money for Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes. The plan is to ride 2,500km through the Western Ghats of India, starting in Goa, and ridding through Karnataca, Kerala and Tamal Nardu. We will be steering clear of main roads and using local trails as far as possible and hope to find some unusual off the beaten track places.
