WOW WOW WOW

sawadee ka (hello)

this place is overwhelming, chaotic! and the FOOD!!

the smells, sounds, and tastes are out of this world!!
It may be a large place but I have already bumped into the same tuk tuk taxi driver twice andf he is back today to take me about again. So what have I done,

been to temples, buddhas, a long boat trip - . . amazing the houses hanging of the edge of river, leaning at insane angles, literally teetering into the water, dogs, and cats galore, on the streets, motorways.

Last night i met up with Catherine( friend of Loppy's who works in BAngkok at NZ emaassy) she took me to the LUmpini NIght MArkets, wonderful bits and bobs, some good quality stufff too. had my first Pad Thai( prawns yummy).

So much on offer here, and the people so friendly

I now can barter up a storm with the locals!

well i amm off to Chaing Mai tomorrow on my intrepid tour, will upload photos when in UK.

Love to all, MIss you and Wellington, wish you were all here to savour this with me.

xxx 😊
