Saturday morning we reorganized the paint area and Chao made us some great signs. As you'll see in the pictures, the space was abuzz with energy. Saturday night we capped off a busy work day with a cabaret show. I sung my "No no Nina, no no!" song, (which was a huge hit!) There was song and dance and puppetry and movement. One of the highlights was a sketch comedy where characters were auditioning for the Chinese Opera! Later Katie and I spent some time working on projects.
We Are Not Your Mommy!
Patti asked Chao to make a sign that said, "Clean Up After Yourself". I asked him to add "We Are Not Your Mom". This is what we got!
The Picnic Song
Several people took part in this skit, including, from front to back: Inch, Monkey and Amy.
Carmen Up
Carmen did a great arial performance! She would pause between each movement to pull little bits of paper out of her pockets to figure out her next move.
Antlers
Finally, after much trial and error, my antlers are beginning to shape up, thanks to excessive use of zip ties.
