It's only a few days before the parade and everyone is working at a frenzied pace! The architecture students I'm working with are only here for a few days out of the week and have classes during the day, so the only time we can work together is at night, resulting in some very late hours.

Disturbing Image
When one of my groups displays the costume they have come up with, I am shocked by how closely it resembles one of the infamous photos from Abu Ghraib.

Even Spookier
When I share the Abu Ghraib image with them, the students decide to add these little baby heads which give them an even spookier appearance.

Tree Cafe
As the parade approaches, tempers flare!

Giant Claw
One of the student groups has finished sculpting a giant claw, and are just now putting on the first layer of papier mache!
