Tainan has a bunch of traffic circles. I am on Fucian Rd Sec. 1. Yeah, a lot of the roads have sections, not sure why. That's not so bad, but then a lot of streets will just change names once you go through an intersection. That's not helpful. Mostly that happens at the circles.
