Finally in Sri Lanka!!!

Hello everyone, we are here and safe. Flew in at 6 this morning and got to the hotel in time for breakfast. Yum yum. Right on the beach, although it rained today so we didn't get much use of it. Hopefully tomorrow there'll be better weather, still lovely and warm though he he:) Just saw a boy racer Tuk tuk, very amusing. Getting used to people trying to abduct you into their shops, have to use tactics completely opposite to social work. No eye contact, negative body language and no open ended questions :) Looking at where we are going to go next (preferablynot into the big holes in the pavement) thinking about getting to Kandy for christmas and staying there a few nights as there is plenty to see and do there. People are lovely and friendly and more than happy to help. Hope you guys are all good and enjoying the lovely cold weather (I just can't help myself !!)
