Only a few more days to kill before going on to Bali, we reached Singapore just in time to see the buildup to the Chinese New Year celebrations. The negative drawback to that was the whole city was virtually closed down, we managed though, saw an amazing dragon dance, deafening drums and awesome acrobatics and choreography, we missed the full celebrations by hours but still considered ourselves priviledged to have seen that.
Singapore's an amazingly efficient city, really clean and a great place to spend a few days lazy days seeing what it has to offer.....God, i sound like a travel agent!

They were begging us to stay here for the night but we politely declined......A bit too downmarket for us, we've got an image to keep up you know!
