Sibutu is a municipality in the province of Tawi-Tawi, Philippines. It is the southernmost municipality of the Philippines. It lies about 14 kilometers east of the coast of Sabah, Malaysia. Sibutu
I was considering traveling to Sibutu to visit someone I know there in the community hospital. Since I am a US citizen, is it safe? How do I make arrangements to get there?
