Hey Charmaine. When I wrote that I was simply posting my impressions. You have to understand that we both come from very different places and have very different experiences. In no way am I saying that Cebu is a bad place or anything of the sort. I was simply expressing my reaction to my experience. In the area that I was located it was the "ghettot". Every experience I have is amazing and I dont want you to think that I dont appreciatte it. Im sorry you took my blog the wrong way.
