KL Pit Stop

Kualar Lumpar pretty much marked the halfway point of our honeymoon, sadly! We were only visiting for three days before heading off to Sri Lanka.
We based ourselves around China town, Jalang Petaling which is full of little market stalls and plenty of accommodation.
I got myself a rather cheap haircut and the cheapness and lack of English resulted in a unsatisfactory haircut. Lucky hair grows back!
We also visited Jalang Alor. During the evening the whole street is transformed into outdoor eateries. This is also a popular place to base oneself. There are also plenty of massage places, the massage district! We went across the main road to two shopping mall areas and splurged on some of the best burgers we've ever had. Not just once but the following evening we gave in to the temptation again.
On our last night we did a quick pit stop to see the Petronas Towers just as the heavy rain had stopped.
KL was nice, very hot and muggy and not as expensive as first thought.
