at the viewpoint in the rose garden
We were up pretty early this morning ready for our tour around the Cameron Highlands!
First stop was the rose garden, which had a view point at the top which we climbed millions of steps to get too...which was definitly worth it as the views were amazing over the cameron highlands and the vegetable farms below.
Next stop was the butterfly & insect farm which had insects such as the rhino beatle and loads of snakes!! After that we went on to the strawberry farm where we sat and sampled their yummy milkshakes and jam obviously in strawberry flavour!
Then we went onto the Tea factory and learnt how they produce it and grow then into the cafe for a quick sample. The final stops of the day were at the Honey Bee farm, the local markets where we sampled and bought some oranges, and then on to the Chinese Temple~Temple of a thousand Buddhas.
