Second visit

After experiencing the long queue at the immigration, a traffic accident on a flyover and a heavy downpour that drenched us from head to toe, my friends and I finally started exploring Macau and taking photos. This photo was taken on the observation platform of the ruin of St Paul's. (It was still raining and everyone was carrying umbrellas...)

After lunch, when the weather became better, we headed for the Fishermen's Wharf, a new attraction in Macau featuring replicas of landmarks from all over the world. Here, the Potala Palace from Tibet is blended into a volcano.

Established in 1728, the seminary was the principal base for missionary works in the Far East. Unfortunately the place was closed due to renovation work, and we could only take photos from the gate.

St Augustine's Square gathers various buildings such as St Augustine's Church, Dom Pedro V Theatre, St Joseph's Seminary and Sir Robert Ho Tung Library. Unfortunately my camera has a narrow view and cannot capture all the buildings and the cobblestone plaza...
