We wish you all a MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! It truly is not the same being away, but it is special in its own way. Quite the process let me tell you.

This is the process to get the rice out of the husk. They do this every day! The husk is then used for chicken feed and the rice to make sticky rice.

Seriously. We saw many families in heat working hard all day to get a couple flakes of gold. It is crazy to think about the amount of effort that goes into the smallest amount
