I was praying that my camera could catch some lightning. Possibly my favorite hour yet. Thunder and lightning every 0.5 seconds on the river in front of my face pitch black out for an hour with the metal roof shaking like a mini earthquake was in the works and the candles flickering and jumping up and down like they were as excited as I was.

Relieved,impressed and happy!
Hi Casey, I enjoy so much your trip commentary because it is funny, informative, and well-written. Yay SC! I am relieved that you are safe and definitely gotten the hang of the travel thing, impressed by your stories and photos, and happy that you are having this incredible experience. We did miss you at Court's wedding-you, Haylie, and Alice were our only missing family, and all of us wish you had been there. She and Byron had a terrific wedding weekend and fly to Taihiti on Monday, 7-28. Keep having fun and storing up those memories, love and kisses, one of your other favorite aunts, Aunt JO
