Not sure if you saw this, but I am very impressed. This is from Timeout Tokyo. Michelin has just released its 2024 Tokyo guide, but the results aren't what we were used to expecting. While the city is widely praised for consistently boasting the highest total number of Michelin stars in the world, this year’s featured restaurants have 23 fewer stars than those in the url=https://www.timeout.com/tokyo/news/michelin-awards-tokyo-restaurants-a-total-of-263-stars-for-2023-1115222023 guide. Their kindness extended not only to treating us to a night on the 34th floor of the Tokyo Dome Hotel, but also to looking after us in their home for three days. Our time with the family was truly memorable and we can not thank them enough for their generous hospitality. Highlights during our stay were, fantastic food and restaurant experiences, Sumo, sampling the night life courtesy of Rob whilst he DJ'd and having such great hosts!! ... read more

Eishin Foods is a very small company, on an average day there are only 10/11 people in the office. This breaks down to 1 CEO, 2 directors, 2 full time members of staff and ... read more
