If you know the movie Lost In Translation, then you will have a general idea about how our day has been...
Our started in Harajuku a little outside of Tokyo Center, where we watched japanese teenagers dressing up in a range of very stray and overly decorated costumes - a trend called Cosplay...look forward to the pictures!

Afterwards we walked to a nearby shrine where we were lucky enough to witness a real Japanese wedding.

By 4 in the afternoon we headed towards Shinjuku, where a large part of Lost In Translation was filmed: colorful neon lights, buildings in competition for reaching the sky, and people as far as the eye could see... we were lost in translation. And also just plain lost. So after walking past several good-looking japanese restaurants without being able to decide on which one to pick, we ended up eating thai/vietnamese unintentionally... and hurried on home. to sleep.

Malu bought a very flowery dress in a cosplay store...
Cecilie is partially deaf due to plugs in ears from flying that wont go away!

Another good and exhausting day in Tokyo has passed.
