There was a festival in our street!!! I confess - Not Fair!
Ok so the pompom on his hat was squished through the wire cage at the back - definitely a scam! So a bit of machine maneuvering to reach around and poke the pompom back through, some more money wasted in the machine and finally a couple of hip and shoulders and Pooh Chan was finally ours!
