(There is a blog missing which covers Malaysian Borneo, including Miri & Sipadan. This will be added ASAP) We flew from Tawau to Kuala Lumpur and then had an 8 hour wait before our flight to Medan. We had to walk across a plank to get to it.

this was the time when he did his deep dive to 45 meters!

There were goats all over the island and the dogs loved to chase and harass them.

This one is a juvenile, we were informed.

Another shot of this cool little guy. Mon stalked him for a while and we were lucky to see him swimming about. Normally only the head pokes out from a hole in the rocks or coral, or sometimes even in a bottle or part of a ship wreck some other man made hole.

This is another type of clown fish, like the famous Nemo!

This little guys live in the coral, but as soon as you come near them to snap a shot, they hide in the coral again. Bastards.

The sliver one on the right is a bat fish, the one on the left is actually a juvenile bat fish. He is closer so he looks bigger, but that is perspective for you!

Slightly out of focus, but still a nice shot. A pipe fish is like a stretched out seahorse.

When he/she grows up he/she will be yellow if she is a girl or blue if he is a boy!

Awesome"ness"
The pictures are fabulous and you have given me the best idea of what the island is like to me and my friend Syamil...who would soon be going to Weh Island... makes me more eager to visit that little island!
