Well its been eventful here in Bali !

on the holiday front the weather has been great and the place is full of Aussie surfers.
This is their version of spain.

the place is well cheap, 50,000 rupee notes are given out by the ATM's and are worth just under three quid but very few people can change them.

jeep hire was a fiver a day and a feast at bamboo corner, 3 main course plus two beers was three quid.

Hired said jeep and eventually found my way up to Amed on the east coast. Very quiet and very good diving.

did two dives and saw some great fish and reef action,(not the rasta type reef).

The people are pretty friendly other than they are always trying to sell you something.

bought some Ray Bans and yet more wooden bracelet stuff.

the downsides were wading in to the sea to get pics and standing on coral and busting my camera, (luckly my phone has one and i bought another camera which was impounded at customs).

getting lost lots in the Jeep, breaking down for a few mins in Ubud, luckily

Huge thing, always looked amazing
outside a cheap place with a pool.

Leaving my card in an ATM,(doh!), least i hope it swallowed it !

oh and some stuff to do with letters back home from the bloke i ran into the back of last June !

would definitely come back to Bali next time round and maybe learn tosurf and climb that big mountain thing in the pics, more diving too and Nasi Goreng.

Ps Hate banks,(they can't cope with people travelling), and car insurance people, Bali ATMS
and the total lack of Bali road signs !
