Dude.. Me and Jen + Boyd (Carl) plus the cockroach

Hey dudes..

I'm here in Bali which is Surf central.. Everything is surfign here.. which is pretty awesome... Turns out the sun is strong as well, it was cloudty today to start with so, i figured no need for suncream... by the time we ambled to the beach after visiting a million surf shops it was kinda sunny and we sat on the beach for an huor or so. so, i have tanned shoulders which may possibly be a bit red but, hey what you gonna do.

So yer today also has been the highlight of Jens trip as she met Boyd from neighbours (who said..."call me Carl... tho turns out what he really said was Call me kyal but Jen (she's watching me type this) wasn't listening much...too busy looking at (in her words) "his rather attractive torso" ... i walked past him after jen tried to get me to stop cos i dont know him and didn't care.. But, Jen did care bless her... tho she didn't even ask him anything... apart from are you boyd from neighbours... He seemed about 5 foot tall and about 3 foot wide... he wasn't a fat short guy a fat muscley short guy... but he was standing a level below me and i even thort freddy flintoff looked short when i saw him at edgbaston in may so, mayb i'm not the best judge of heights.. any who Jen is happy. Although slightly paranoid about what i say about her on this blog which is funny... might add some other things ni just for a laugh one day... hehe. only prob is if she reads them she'll have a go... so i may leave it til nearer the new year when there less time travellign with her left... no doubt i'll get in trouble for that as well...

Any way Bali is a pretty cool place... apart from everyone tryingto sell you something... which gets a bit annoying after a bit But i guess when me and jen can eat and drink 2 drinks each, for elss than 5 quid you realise that i'm ptryy rich compared to most of there guys here which is a bit weird... there are 17,000 rupia to the pund which is tricky cos my 17 times tables isn't quite what it could be, but its good enough to know things are cheap here compared to home. to be fair everywhere is... i'm hoping the dollar stays rubbish til May/ june time then i can buy a few things to being back home.

Yer so, we had a cockroach visit us in our room... well i say visit.. i always think visit implies it returns to where it came from... it kinda had a close encounter with my shoe.. and well... didn't survive... such is the cleanign in our room that they make up your room and forget abotu teh bathroom obviously as its still there in the corner so, we're both pretty happy to be moving on to a different hotel tomorrow... we met some scottich girls in singapore who met Matt and Lucy in Hong Kong.. so, we'll be staying at teh same hotel as them. for the last 3 nights in Bali. I'm hoping to get me some surf lessons while i'm here... cos well its seems a waste not to, so yer thats about it for Bali really... not that much going on... I remembered Naths Birthday... Although The cheeky so and so said something about my getting used to foreign keyboards slower than Jen... Nath... I a Have Fat fingers... b. Have clumsey fingers and c. Can't spell. unfortunately keyboards don't help matters but... What you gonna do..

I hope that all you guys remembered naths Birthday... Man who'd have thort i'd ever be old enough to have a 26 year old married brother... Well to be honest who'd have thort Nath would ever Get married... Luckily tho he met Zan who is either stupid or... (and this is far more likely) saw Nath for who he really is... Umm... A nice guy... He's Lovely when you get to know him... And he means well... I think thats as many back handed complements as i need to give you Nath... (Love you really... (in a brotherly kinda way))
