These women work all day collecting tea leaves. For each bag of 15 kilos, they will earn about 90 Rps (US$2.00), a skilled worker will collect about 100 to 150 kilos a day, unfortunately they are allowed to work only once each 15 days so they earn about US$20 for 2 weeks! It is very hard work, in the sun and carrying and plucking all day!
