Breakfast in the sun
Excellent long sleep then breakfast in the sun...on the way to the hotel yesterday we had passed a sign which said 'Tribal Wild Women Craft' - what magic marketing - the girls for the Craft and the boys intrigued by the Wild Women.....

The reason we came to Ranthambhore was to visit the Ranthambhore National Park, an unfenced 400 square kilometer natural park where if lucky you can see, all in natural habitat - tigers, leopards, jungle cat, caracel, black bear, sambar deer, spotted deer, crocodiles, black faced monkeys - to name but a few. The main event, however, is the tiger. There are only 35 - 40 tigers in the park.

Setting off at 2 o'clock and returning at sunset, 6 o'clock, we had a dusty, bumpy but really enjoyable afternoon.

No tigers were spotted by us today, but we did see the even rarer Jungle Cat - see photo...

Getting away from it all
After your days in the city i bet its great out there, you remind me of the TV show Wild At Heart, just take care not to get to close to the cat. Hope you are all having the time of your lives.Cheers Anne & Dave xxx
