Tuesday Began by taking a short drive to the Aarey Colony where all the milk for Mumbai is produced. There are 30 "units" each housing about 1000 (yes, one thousand) cows (buffalo, actually) that produce milk which is transported to the processing plant, processed, and distributed throughout Mumbai.
