Tuesday Began by taking a short drive to the Aarey Colony where all the milk for Mumbai is produced. There are 30 "units" each housing about 1000 (yes, one thousand) cows (buffalo, actually) that produce milk which is transported to the processing plant, processed, and distributed throughout Mumbai. The inside was not light enough to get good pics but the walls were lined with columns with carvings at the tops of them.

It seemed that the higher you went up, the more people could be accomodated--one even had a storage area
