Tuesday Began by taking a short drive to the Aarey Colony where all the milk for Mumbai is produced. There are 30 "units" each housing about 1000 (yes, one thousand) cows (buffalo, actually) that produce milk which is transported to the processing plant, processed, and distributed throughout Mumbai. This started for us to blog about India in 2008 and has been used several times since. Sue went to China in 2011 and helped the girls move around the Southeast in 2012. We'll keep using it to capture pictures and travels! The inside was not light enough to get good pics but the walls were lined with columns with carvings at the tops of them.
