One of the great things about being here is there are all sorts of families from the US, Sweden and Italy here with their children. There is a group of about 10 young adults who have similar stories and many of them are reconnecting with birth families on this trip so it is really good for them to have each other. Plus they are old enough to grab a motorcycle rickshaw and shop or go to the orpahage to volunteer on their own, which leaves us time to visit and get to know the other adults too. We have had Southern Indian cooking lessons, art class and yoga. Tonight we are having a poolside NewYear's Eve party so everyone is shopping for Indian clothes to wear.
