Empowering Our Company

In December of 2007, the executive leadership team for CPA Global (India) went to Goa to conduct a workshop which turned out to be a defining experience for our management team. The workshop was facilitated by Anand David of Manford and we remain empowered significantly by our experience with Anand.

This year we decided to take that momentum to the next level and it was a natural choice to bring Anand back. Our organization grew significantly since our prior encounter with Manford. This year, the workshop aligned the passions of purpose in the minds of our growing executive management team. It increased the level of trust we have for each other about our common purpose.

We will have bumps in the road along the way, but I have no doubt that this workshop will deliver as did the first. When you trust that your executive management really has a defining purpose and is acting with this in mind, you gain a deep respect for your organization.

Since this was a team building experience, Kim stayed in Delhi and got ready for our trip to the USA. We leave today.
