Days are just flying by

Decided just to block a few days together as to be honest I don't have much exciting to right about. Me and Rob have just been getting into the Goan way of things, eating, drinking and chillaxing. Managed to do a good bit of bartering on Thurs and got some bargain baggy trousers to replace my long ones which now have a fetching hole in the crotch area (squatting is not good on trouser seams). We have drifted through most of our days in our cafe (which plays the same CD's over and over!). On Fri night we went to the Smugglers Inn pub quiz and teamed up with another couple from the UK, came 3rd and there were quite a few teams taking part so it wasn't a bad effort. We ended up being up till 4am spending the last hour or so in a club called Cuba laughing at the style and amount of concentration and seriousness of the people dancing hahah

On Sat Rob's belly was playing up so we stayed close to home reading, internetting and of course hanging out in the cafe. Today we had to checkout at 12. Owner let us stash our bags luckily but again apart from venturing to a book store (to get more Potter) and to the shop we've pretty much just ate and read.

Mohan (owner of beach huts) kindly let us use one of the free huts for a shower before we left and his friend took us to the station in his rickshaw and said 'just pay me what you want'! Train was at 23:45 and we were a little early so we talked to a couple of English blokes on the platform. Luckily the station master was around so he told us where we should stand, very helpful when train is 12 miles long! Found our seats,well beds, easy enough and were pleased to find they were empty, we'd had visions of having to poke awake some Indian man in deep slumber. I was on the top bunk and Robby was in the middle as it was going on midnight we decided to try and get some kip.
