Got an early taxi to Whampoa to meet mum and dad and had a wander to find our nights entertainment. We decided on a steak house!
Lunch was the next port of call and we went to Pokka cafe, it was a lovely little fancy Japanese cafe where dad and I had a curry with all sorts of lttle extra dishes to create as I wanted. Laura had some noodle soup, and mum has a really rich cheesy broccolli, all followed by Hazelnut Latte's
After stuffing ourselves we went to pick up copious amounts of alcohol, of various types and lots of nibbles for late night munchies.
We had a chat at the hotel for a few hours and got our glad rags on. Took some cheesy snaps. Then head out for tea. Too much meat and beer
and wine later we headed back to the harbour got some bubbly and waited for the countdown. Champagne at midnight followed by some boogying in the
hotel with the live band was the end of the year. And the beginning of the New Year. Drank till the early hours and had a brilliant night!!
