Hi everyone
Arrived in HK on Wednesday and cannot believe the changes in just 2 years. We have been spoilt by our friends the Lee's who have been most generous with their time. Weather not so good these past 2 days with the No.3 typhoon signal in place. It has been pouring with rain all day (how I wish we could have some in Melb). Star ferry terminal has been relocated and completely re-built further out into the harbour and theyare reclaiming more land. We have a beautiful view of the harbour from our room so have spent much of this afternoon watching the activities. Tomorrow we plan a nostalgic trip down to Stanley Market so hopefully it will have stopped raining.
I am actually typing this blog on the TV screen in our room .... quite amazing. However it doesn't allow us to include photographs in our message.
