After what was a really smooth train ride from beijing to X'ian, 6 person sleeper, very clean and plenty of room, perfect journey as started at 9.30pm and arrived 8.45am, so a quick natter and sleep and your there, excellent.
Took public bus to terracotta warriors, this was different to the train, the main feature being the fierce smelly heating system.
Terracotta Warriors you can see why called 8th wonder of the world. Like every thing in ancient china its huge vast and incomprehensiable to our thinking that this is done for one man.
They havn't excavated the tomb yet are waiting for the neccessary technology as there is mercury in the tombm so they can perserve whats inside. I like that way of thinking.
Bus ran out of petrol on the way back to x'ian.
