It has been a while since my last post as I have been traveling across Tibet via 4x4 with no access to the net. The group spent the night in Old Tingri (a true one-horse town) playing our favorite card game (Shnitzlef_cker) and getting very drunk on Lhasa beer and Bai Cho (the local high-percentage alcohol) drink.

We drove past many villages such as this one.

On the ride from Old Tingri to the Nepal border, we get a great view of Mt. Cho Oyu.

With Mt. Cho Oyu in the background, we climb on one of our Toyotas and pose with our drivers.

With about an hour to go to Nepal, our truck starts to act sluggishly. Ollie and I ask if there is a problem and the driver says no. 5 minutes later, the truck stops and won't start. 30 minutes later and a new fuel line piece, we are back on the road.
