Other than the ocassional thunderstorm and the taxi drivers i was impressed with Beijing.
Forbidden city and summer palace were amazing.
The air quality isnt good and its hard to get clear pics of the sights because of the cloud/haze/pollution.
subway is great and very cheap, 20p to anywhere ! blooming crowded though !
beer cheap from shops and people very friendly , a few scam artists still though.
blooming hot and pretty humid, but a treat really after the non stop rain of Seoul.
Interesting food options and good value hostels.
People watching, as per the rest of China priceless.
Traffic and shear number of people when moving around is pretty exhausting.
Still much more enjoyable city than i expected.
A Ton better than Shanghai !!
