Heaven, Summer, Scorpions... The Temple of Heaven After a nice breakfast and a coffee we set off for the Temple of Heaven. Adventures in Korea

Ummm its a small world

So, while in China, on a trip from Korea, where I am living, I bumped into two of my first year residence mates, who are also living and working in Korea. Small world eh?

Beautiful

We saw this from the side while trekking through the grounds and decided to pay some more to go a climb up a freaking mountain to go see it. It was so worth it!

rachel, i expected you to say it tastes like chicken. i looked up scorpion as used in tcm - good for wind and extremely toxic. any truth there?

YOU ATE A SCORPION!?
Did you eat the whole thing since it was not delicious? Mmmmm scorpion! The bravest food I have eaten was snails. Also crispy and not so delicious but I think Rachel wins the prize for gross food eating champion! (That's my girl!) <3 !
