Left Manchester on time and arrived in Munich, looked around the duty free shops then boarded the plane to Beijing, managed to get an emergency exit seat. Arrived in Beijing and got the airport bus to the train station then I could see the hotel. Walked there then checked in. There is building workj next door and a shop across the road. Walked round and got my bearings.
