Had a poor nights sleep due to the building site being worked 24 hours. Went out and went through ther shopping centre then up the main street. Traffic is crazy they come through the red lights so need your wits when crossing the road. I met Jim who was to be my room mate on the trip I had to miss and he advised that everyone had fallen ill at some time or other mostly exhaustion. The rest of the group invited me for a meal where we had the peking duck following the meal we all went back to our hotels.
