Summary: After our visit to the White Cloud Taoist Temple we have enough time to visit the Temple of Heaven. It's after three o'clock so the sun and the light is great for making pictures. Monkey on the Heavenly Center Stone. In the center of the upper terrace of the Circular Mound Altar, there is a raised round marble called "Heavenly Center Stone" or "Supreme Ultimate Stone. In the ceremonies of worshipping heaven in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the emperor or an other high official read loud prayers to the God of Heaven. His voice was loud and resonant as if he was communicating with gods. This place is also known as the place closet to God

We lopen achter
Lieve vrienden, je ziet het, als de weblogs wat sneller achter elkaar komen lopen wij al gauw wat achter. Dus komt er voor ons nog een weekje of twee weblogs kijken aan. Jullie kamer zag erweer heel netjes uit, een beetje hoog 16 verdiepingen. Maar waarschijnlijk wel een schitterend uitzicht, ook overdag. Ineke volgens mij waren je tanden al schoon.

Ha die Hollandse Chinezen! Wat een prachtige foto's zijn dit weer. Mooi van kleur en indrukwekkende mozaieken. Jammer dat er nog geen geur PC bestaat. En qua hotelkamer zitten jullie ook niet gek zeg. Hartelijke groeten en liefs H + S
