Day 3 Update

Day 3 Krakor to Phnom Penh. 155 km. saddle time 6hrs 58 mins. Avg temp 38 deg.

Today we cycled in the relentless heat past farms and small towns and then onto the mentality of the outskirts of Phnom Penh. It was bedlam but great fun.

Lowlights today - the heat sapped energy big time. The team had to slow the pace. And sunburn hit where the suntan cream was missed. Time for a well earned beer and a dip in the pool!
