Flew into Phnom Phen cambodia, a lot different to thailand, definitley a lot poorer

Staying at a hostel next to a lake, just a bed and fan in the room, but it only costs 3$ a night!

Everytime you wander around there are loads of people asking if you want tuktuk, taxi etc

Quick bit of history - Pol Pot led a revolution that abolished money and had everyomne in the fields working, quarter of the population were killed in camps, almost all educated people and many of those who lived in citys. People were buried in big pits in the countryside, which is while they're called killing fields

Went to the killing fields monument, and the prison/torture centre S21 in Phnom Phen, this used to be a school - Pretty shocking, everyone was quiet and thoughtfull. Took a motorbikle taxi there, the driver ran me around and waited while i went inside places, only cost $10 for the day, and I could probably have got it cheaper

Spent a few more days here, seems to have a bit of character
