Okay so the job sucked. I trained with them for like four days and I would have felt like a complete dick if I had done it. He was disappointed when I told him I just wanted to take photos. Their job is to talk to every person that walks by and try and get them into their restaurant

Those were the days...

This used to be a semi-peaceful beach. By the time I came here in 2010 it was getting pretty busy. Now you can't really relax here

The problem with this beach, besides all the people, is that you can't relax. There is always somebody bothering you. See that guy being bothered by everybody as another lady walks by looking for somebody to sell something to.

But there is an upside...

This beach has better and cheaper food than the peaceful one. It has food walking buy. Anybody want some crab?

The relaxing quiet beach

I know the photo is not great it was getting cloudy out and it had been raining a lot so the beach doesn't look that nice and the water is not clear. I will get some nice beach photos after a few days of sunshine.

One Day

I have looked at that island for years and I have always had the strangest urge to swim to it. I know I can do it and I would be happy with the accomplishment just because it is something I have had the desire to do for years. Weird huh?

Inside the New Digs

Okay so we are going to start in my bedroom and work our way out. This is a picture taken from sitting on my bed. I am on the second floor so my balcony is out the door to the left. On nice days I pull the couch out and have some coffee and read out there.

So this place is so very beautiful..no wonder you love it...it looks like where I grew up..East rockaway...great food and quiet beaches.. I now know why you love it there..don't blame you

You never know when I will swallow and then get on another plane...don't know what I would eat on the way and do they sell insulin over there in case of an emergency
